Appointment Cancellation Request:

Thank you for booking an appointment with us! We are doing our very best to provide assessments and treatments in a timely manner for all our clients. As such, we would thoughtfully requests a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to cancelling or rescheduling your appointment so that we may offer that time to another client in need.
